Intertakt — request deletion of your data

Step by step

1. Stop future collection: in the app open Settings → Privacy and turn off Anonymous statistics. Collection stops immediately; any queued, not-yet-sent events are dropped.
2. Request deletion of already-collected data: email hello@intertakt.com with the subject “Data deletion request” from any email address. Include the approximate date you first used the app (it helps locate the records).
3. What happens next: the developer deletes every event and crash report belonging to your anonymous device identifier from the analytics (PostHog) and crash-reporting (Sentry) projects within 14 days and replies to your email.

What is deleted, what is kept

• Deleted on request: all analytics events (the 11 event types listed in the privacy policy), all crash reports, and the anonymous device identifier they are attached to.
• Kept: nothing identifiable — there are no accounts and no personal data. Workout data, plans and settings live only on your device; deleting the app removes them completely.

Retention periods

If you do not request deletion, collected data is kept for:

• Analytics events (PostHog): 1 year (PostHog Cloud free-plan default)
• Crash reports (Sentry): 30 days (Sentry Developer-plan default)

3. Что дальше: разработчик удалит все события и отчёты о сбоях, относящиеся к вашему анонимному идентификатору устройства, из проектов аналитики (PostHog) и отчётов о сбоях (Sentry) в течение 14 дней и ответит на письмо.

Что удаляется, что сохраняется

• Удаляется по запросу: все события аналитики (11 типов из политики), все отчёты о сбоях и анонимный идентификатор устройства, к которому они привязаны.
• Сохраняется: ничего идентифицирующего — аккаунтов и персональных данных нет. Тренировки, планы и настройки хранятся только на вашем устройстве; удаление приложения стирает их полностью.

Сроки хранения

Если вы не запрашиваете удаление, собранные данные хранятся:

• События аналитики (PostHog): 1 год (дефолт бесплатного тарифа PostHog Cloud)
• Отчёты о сбоях (Sentry): 30 дней (дефолт плана Sentry Developer)

1. Detén la recopilación futura: en la app abre Ajustes → Privacidad y desactiva Estadísticas anónimas. La recopilación se detiene de inmediato; los eventos aún no enviados se descartan.
2. Solicita la eliminación de lo ya recopilado: escribe a hello@intertakt.com con el asunto «Solicitud de eliminación de datos» desde cualquier correo. Indica la fecha aproximada del primer uso de la app.
3. Qué ocurre después: el desarrollador eliminará todos los eventos e informes de fallos asociados a tu identificador anónimo de dispositivo de los proyectos de analítica (PostHog) e informes de fallos (Sentry) en un plazo de 14 días y responderá a tu correo.

Qué se elimina y qué se conserva

• Se elimina a petición: todos los eventos de analítica (los 11 tipos de la política de privacidad), todos los informes de fallos y el identificador anónimo del dispositivo.
• Se conserva: nada identificativo — no hay cuentas ni datos personales. Los entrenamientos, planes y ajustes viven solo en tu dispositivo; eliminar la app los borra por completo.

Períodos de retención

Si no solicitas la eliminación, los datos recopilados se conservan:

• Eventos de analítica (PostHog): 1 año (valor por defecto del plan gratuito de PostHog Cloud)
• Informes de fallos (Sentry): 30 días (valor por defecto del plan Developer de Sentry)
